Exhibition launches Spa Centre’s new dedicated display area

The Leamington Spa Photographic Society is the first organisation to enjoy the benefits of the Royal Spa Centre’s new dedicated exhibition area.

Located in the Spa Centre Balcony Bar, the exhibition was opened by Royal Leamington Spa’s Town Mayor, Councillor Robert Cunliffe, on Monday, September 6 at 7.45pm and runs until Sunday, October 17. Admission is free to the exhibition during viewing times, which are Mondays to Fridays, 10.00am to 4.00pm, Saturdays from 12pm to 2.00pm and on performance afternoons and evenings.

Exhibition secretary Andrew West said, said: “This is a great opportunity for people to see a comprehensive range of quality images from top local photographers, many of whom have achieved international success. It’s for a limited period only, so make sure you put it in your diaries and we look forward to seeing you.”

During a crowded, tense evening of judging at the end of last season, judge David McGuire FRPS, faced a tough challenge. The range of prints on display at the Royal Spa Centre, reflects the diversity of member’s photographic interests. All the projected images may be viewed on the opening night and at certain times during the run of the exhibtion
